Whilst we are positive that on receiving your item you will more than likely fall in love with it ( as we have done!), however should your purchase not be suitable, Whiskers on Kittens accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

Should you wish to return and exchange, please notify Whiskers on Kittens via email of the product being returned, and the reason for doing so.

The customer is responsible for all costs to return parcel to Whiskers on Kittens. We recommend that you send via a traceable source, as lost or misplaced parcels which are being returned to Whiskers on Kittens are the customers responsibility.

Returns are to be in unused, unaltered condition. Once a return is received by Whiskers on Kittens, we will notify you, and a store credit will be issued (valid for 3 months), or you may choose to exchange your item.  A purchase receipt must accompany the return.

There is no refund for a change of mind, however should a product be faulty we shall gladly replace or refund the item. Whether a refund or replacement will be given is at the discretion of Whiskers on Kittens.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.  Returns which do not meet the requirements  will be returned to sender.
